I'm not a huge fan of daily tracking my weight...but they say it helps with weight loss, same with the food diary and so I'm doing it. But what I learned from the week of Thanksgiving is that I absolutely MUST exercise if I'm going to lose weight. Diet control is really tough for me and I bounce from high calorie to low calorie days all the time. What I'm looking forward to this week is pushing my work outs and hopefully losing 2 pounds. That may be ambitious b/c that is 1.5% of my total current weight.

In any case, it feels good to work out and I plan to continue doing it as close to daily as I can muster.
