Of course that's me holding them in the picture. Toby is barely in the photo, but everyone can get a good look at Beau. Sorry Jfrog, we went with names before I saw your post about the Beastmaster Ferrets.
So everyone knows, we're really OK with Pounce's passing. The cancer was terribly malignant, and she was too wonderful of an animal to allow to suffer. 21 years is a long and lovely time to know a dear pet.
The kittens are total joys. We almost walked out of the shelter without them both as I couldn't seem to find a kitten that 'spoke' to me. Then Toby woke up, started running around, and I fell in LOVE! The fees were steep $95 each. But they are neutered and up to date on their shots. Toby is a few weeks younger than Beau. Toby was born Sept 1 and Beau was born some time in August.
If anyone is in the market for some adult cats they had some awesome older cats at the West Seattle Kitty Haven rescue place...the woman who runs the show is excentric, but she loves cats! Adult cats only cost $45 to adopt and are also altered and up to date on shots.
Now we have to get to the Vet to have them in for their first exams with our preferred doctor :)
