Sophie turned and looked at her love lying peacefully besides her, his blond hair slightly messed so unlike its normal perfection with every hair so carefully placed.
She thought back to what she had to go through in order to be here tonight. Arranging everything, just so. Uncle Gustav believed she was on a school trip to a music festival in Germany. While there was a music festival, she was not there with her class. She was there with her love who rearranged his schedule in order to steal a few nights with the soulmate he had been searching for for half a millenium. The love she was expressly forbidden to see unless she was driving a stake through his heart. Instead, she was here in his bed having given herself to him multiple times over the past night. What would Uncle Gustav say?, she thought as she cuddled closer to Alexander, closer in her quiet act of rebellion.
