The car appears to be really fixed this time around.  When we took it in the mechanic said he knew *exactly* what had happened.  Seems he took a calculated risk - checked it with vacuum to be sure it worked - and it didn't *stay* working.  No additional charges to us even though they had to refill the system with refrigerant.  Nice to have cold air ( Read more... )

I had a good Mother's Day at Scarborough (how can you not?).  I didn't find anything - yet - that I'm willing to ask T'B to pay for.  I did find some wind chimes that I'd like to have for our new place in the country, but decided I'd wait until it is actually built before acquiring them.  I'll probably settle for some smaller ones - the ones I ( Read more... )
