At the request of the ever polite Alconol, here is the music I most listened to this year. It became apparent to me that I haven't really listened to or purchased anything 'new' this year (I am going to forget the fact I had to buy the James Blunt CD for my mums christmas present).
10. Anything by DJ Tiesto - Stint's music collection is overflowing with his stuff, so it's become a staple part of IPod
9. Anything by Powderfinger - Have not outgrown this aussie legend of a band
8. Gorillaz - Demon Dayz
7. Scissor Sisters - Scissor Sisters - Such great drinks and dips music don't you think ;)
6. A Perfect Circle - 13th Step - Is anything on this list new? Love the sound.
5. Anything by Lamb - Nothing beats a quiet drink on a Sunday afternoon with this on the stereo
4. Missy Elliot - Respect for this woman, good tunes, enough to get me grooving to some hip hop.
3. Bryan Ferry, Springsteen Rea etc- I just can't get enough of old school, reminds me of home
2. Tool - If I ever argue with Stint it would be because Maynard offered to have my babies.
1. Wedding music - I'm glad I'm only doing this once, Pachebal's Canon in D and all other hymms to do with churchly weddings have had an absolute bollocking on ITunes. Still haven't picked anything. Any suggestions? I was thinking Nick Cave - Into My Arms for the church walk part ;-), but bloomin' Catholics want it all Christian like.
