Journal Entry: Sunday Evening, After Dinner
Don't even talk to me about masks! It's bad enough trying to find an outfit to wear to this beastly ball. I've narrowed it down to two choices both from the G.Diddy Mail-Order-Catalogue because the only things I could find in Hogsmeade yesterday were jeans.
I was out with Lavender earlier this evening and we decided on the Orange. I think I'm going to go for it! Why the hell not? I mean, reallly. I don't want to wear a stuffy Muggle suit....though I wouldn't mind a top hat!
That's about it, really. I've got to go and brush up on Cheering Charms (Did you hear about Thim from Acciohead?! I was devastated when I heard the news, they are my absolute favourite, of course.)
And Lavender, I hope you are feeling better. I was going to bring a bar of Honeydukes chocolate on our walk but with the ball coming up? I thought I'd better not! I've got to watch my waistline!
