Ryan's Transfiguration Homework
Assignment: All students must present something that is representative or symbolically important to them.
This is a picture of my garden back home. It's my favourite place on all our property. I chose this picture because everything I need to survive is there in that garden. Fresh air, beautiful smelling flowers, benches to sit on, trees to nap under. There are orchards full of fruit and fields full of berry plants for when I get hungry. The water that runs through the creek is clean and clear.
And of course my friends and family are always near by. I keep this picture with me when I'm at school to remind me of my family when I'm lonely, or upset.
This picture also reminds me that, if you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden. Sometimes it's really hard to think that way, especially here at Hogwarts. Not everybody gets a long. Not all classes are fun. But I'm slowly learning to look at things the right way and see the garden in everything.
