Hey hey hey, look who's back! I didn't update all summer, and for that I don't really apologize, because I was lazy, but I'm back after only a few death threats. I've put this up here before, but for those of you who for whatever reason missed it the first time, There's another blog I write for with friends from down here. So before you get all up in my grill for not updating, check out the WPOD
Anyways, back to my life. Summer was...different. Looking back on it, it really wasn't a terribly great summer. I was able to see lots of my friends from back home, which was definitely fun, and the job went really well (made lots of new friends and money), but overall, it seemed kind of blah...kind of empty. I dunno, maybe it was just the tremendously insane ending to the summer that's completely skewed my thoughts of it, but being back here just feels so...right. I still do and always will love my friends from home and hanging out with them because they're awesome, but the truth is that this place feels more like home to me than my house does. The last few days before coming here I've been emotionally all over the place, and very restless. But being back here definitely brings a calm into my life that wasn't there over the summer. Well, for whatever reason, it feels so good to be back. Back to dorm life, crazy happenings, drama (the good/fun kind), frisbee, and just plain chilling. Hope everyone has a great year, we'll see how often I update this.
