The past few days have been solid.
Went to the bank and finally set up a checking account, got myself some direct deposit, and found out that my tax refund was not only deposited already without my knowledge, but it was a lot more than I was anticipating. That felt good.
I was asked to coach colorguard again this fall, which is really cool. I am stoked about that.
I was invited to a dinner with the dean of the school of social work in two weeks. That seems pretty cool as well.
I have been hangin with Meg a lot this week, that makes me happy. I've missed her.
Yesterday I went and got my tragus pierced, finally. It took me awhile to get some guts. I built it up a lot more than I should have, it didn't hurt too bad and it looks cool.
Last night I went with Ryan to go see Ben Kweller. One of the coolest sets I have seen. His music just makes me want to dance. It was cool.
Other than the fact that I have come down with the worst cold of my entire life, this week has been good.
