As you can see, I find the fact that I finally have a few days off to be very, very exciting indeed. Plans? Yes! Tomorrow I'm taking Brittany to lunch for her birthday, since I'll be missing her party on Saturday. She's finally turning 20, which only leaves Kayla who is not quite as ancient as the rest of us. She only has until August though! ;) Saturday is Warren's annual open house party, which is always FANTASTIC. The food is usually very delicious, the drinks are cold (and more than uncommonly strong; I can only take one), and the lake always has a loverly breeze coming off of it to keep us cool. The only bad thing is the darn calypso band he hires every year. While I am a fan of the whole "One Love" thing, I really don't like that music. The upside? As the guests get drunker, it gets funnier and funnier to watch them sway to the steel drums. Sunday is supposed to rain, but if there is a miracle and we have sun, I'd like to go to the beach. I have YET to go for a dip this summer, and that is damn depressing folks! At any rate, I am more than looking forward to my three day weekend, that's for sure!
