So you wanna be a hero kid? Well, whoop dee doo!
I like adventures with Kayla. We always laugh so much that our FACES hurt, and that is never a bad thing, my friends. We went to THS early this morning. While we didn't get to see everyone we were looking for, we did run into quite a few. It was nice seeing all those old faces, especially Mrs. Sukeforth. She's always great to talk to, not to mention funny. I'll have to have lunch with her sometime after she gets out for the summer, that's for sure! After that we went to Burger King for lunch, and grabbed some for Jeremy too, so we could come back to my house and eat. We all had lunch together and played some Mario Party. Kayla and I were DOMINATING, until Jeremy employed devious tactics to commandeer all of our stars. Blackguard. ;)
After being thoroughly defeated, we went to Simcock Farm for ice cream for our SUNDAES ON TUESDAY EXTRAVAGANZA. It was very tasty indeed! We dawdled for a while, and then I took her home.
Dad made spaghetti (which means strings in Italian, for the curious!!! ^^) for dinner, and then we went to Walmart. I got my glasses there, since I don't need anything fancy, and they are a LOT cheaper than Lens Crafters. I got some White Stag specs that make me look a little like Dumbledore, if I may say. I'm very, very excited. haha They were only 170, which is very cheap for glasses, and they should be in on the 16th. Now hopefully I'll be able to see when I'm stuck at the back of the class and when I have to drive at night. Those are very difficult situations for me.
I still can't finish The Poe Shadow! Every time I think the truth will be unveiled at last, HE BACKTRACKS. GAH. I'm excited to see how it all turns out, that's for sure!
Also, random trivia for the day: It's Johnny Depp's birthday! :)
