Cupcakes to be used as platforms for various flavors and colors of Buttercream frosting.  I want to see how this stuff tastes and reacts to various things.  I shall use the left over ganache on a few.  Some may even have modeling chocolate figures on top or cut rounds of it layered on top of the buttercream.
