According to my notes from North American Literature class (and it must be a quote of some intelligent man who lived ages ago), writers write for three main reasons:

a) to make sense of the world;
b) to change the world;
c) to run away from the world.

I'm alive!! T^T I just got myself a tumblr account and got lost in daily spam... Oh yeah. And almost finished writing my BA thesis. Now just need to correct it, write down the conclusion and just hope that it will considered "defendable" by the department's commission whachamacallit. At least I won't need to defend it per se.
