in the last week I have...
handed out fresh socks to homeless friends under the hawthorne bridge
spent the night in a holding room at Providence Portland
made $50 bellydancing at a high school prom
done two loads of laundry
drank 3/4 bottle of wine while painting the venue space behind Muddy Waters
almost OD'ed on pills
played hundreds of games of solitaire
ordered a new laptop
had a dance-off with an exboyfriend on the stage at Holocene
binged and purged so much my mouth hurts
witnessed macaroni wrestling
slept and slept and slept and slept
not accomplished anything at work
made my therapist cry
almost finished reading House of Leaves
not had more than two drinks a night (excepting venue painting)
lost an awesome guy because I'm so fucked up
did nothing to promote or prepare for tonight's "Tribal Cafe" event
did not read anything or do anything helpful for self-care or healing
that's all I feel like writing.
