(no subject)
Boy, aren't we teh procrastinators...we've been talking about it for weeks until today we've finally managed to make decisions and book the hotel for our little vacation next Wednesday. We're going to the Cote D'Azur for a few days, it'll be fun. Tomorrow during lunch break I want to go and buy a swimsuit I saw some time ago which was absolutely fabulous, then I may look into some shirts and who knows what else. I need a white bra. Can you believe I don't own any white bra? I think I got all the colors in the world covered, except for white, and it never occurred to me before how weird it is. Oh well.
On the Internet front, I'm downloading Franz live gigs like crazy. They are so entertaining to watch, and to listen to of course. There is this one at The MTV Europe Music Award as they play Take Me Out, where Alex happens to throw a couple of those glances in Nick's direction, and it's so hot. Even because Nick is right there, very close to him (so is Bob on his other side), so you cannot be wrong. I just laughed in sheer delight...
..because I've been reading a lot of FF fanfic over the past week, and all from
glitter_traces. God bless her, the girl has all her FF fanfics in her memories, which I am forever grateful for. She does write amazingly well, I loved plots and characterizations and teh smut, of course, is awesome. But. She always writes from Alex's POV, and I would just love to read more from Nick's POV. That is because I'm an Alex girl, of course. So, I need to do some serious fanfic hunting. In the Smallville fandom - oh, I was so into it a few years ago - they had, and actually still have, this great thing that is the Smallville Slash Archive, you could just go there and find the exact type of fics you were looking for so easily. It was great. Sweet. Man, they did "organized" pretty damn well, heh.
ETA: See? Just when I'm in need of good FF fanfic of the kind I mentioned earlier, I find that fecklesslyfine has posted another awesome chaper of Impobably Yours. Oh, and a really, really good one. I'm officially addicted.
