So, I got a new keyboard. A ghetto-fabulous keyboard. The letters are as big as the keys. And I keep hitting some button that opens up a Help feature. But hey! It's a working keyboard, after Prudence broke the previous one ..
I have a job! I think. According to my mum I do. I just have to wait for the woman to call me back. It's very inconvenient attending this thing called school - I miss far too many important calls.
Aerosmith is on Friday. Friday the 18th. Of November!! I'm so excited that my finger randomly started bleeding yesterday. Bleeding from excitement!
I think I'd like some more hot chocolate. I sure do wish it was snowing. But it's supposed to snow tomorrow, which will hopefully cheer me up, as I have to write an essay-style History test instead of seeing the Talent Show. I mean, I'm all for skivving off school-related assemblies, but I actually somewhat enjoy the Talent Show. But, instead, I get to sit in the History room, writing an essay on how events directly before, after and during the American Revolution helped to shape the "Canadian Identity". Le sigh.
You know, even the animals in Disney movies find love. Isn't it just so perfect, love prevailing in the end, even for our furry friends? I don't think life really works like that, though - life, as far as I know it, isn't a romantic comedy. Or a Disney movie. When people do crazy shit for love, such as searching the village high and low for the girl who fits the slipper, a marriage proposal doesn't usually follow. A retraining order follows. Or, a romantic tryst that ends in a case of herpes.
I bet Cinderella didn't think to use a condom.
I realized yesterday that I was at school all day, when I only had one class. And that one class was my first period english class. I spent all that time at school, for no reason. Well, an hour or so was spent at Papa's Billiards, playin' some pool. (FYI: the dark green tables upstairs are pool tables - the light green ones are snooker tables.)
Actually, I've spent a lot of time playing pool lately. At Papa's. Haha - I was there three times this past weekend. And you know what? I'm pretty terrible at pool. And Screwdrivers don't make you a better pool shark!
This was one whole shit-load of rambling. Truth be told, I just really like the sound of my ghetto-fabulous keyboard. Which brings me back to my first point ..
