I don't like mornings like this when I am wide awake by 7 and am wide awake. Why?? Because I have to work tonight. So, I will get going with my day, be busy, and not nap. THEN, I will venture off to work and be up until 8 or 9 tomorrow morning. If I sleep in a bit, then it wouldn't be so bad.

That sure makes for a loooong day! My mother-in-law is a nurse who works overnight shifts. She keeps regular hours (sleep at night, awake during the day) and then works a bunch of nights and her schedule gets turned around. I think that might make me go a little crazy! :) Hope you fit a nap in.

yeah, thanks. That is what I hate about nights. I think it makes it 10 times harder being pregnant, AND wanting to spend some time with the kids. I am not looking forward to when the baby is born and I have to return to work if I can't get off this night shift!

Are you going to be able to take some time off before you go back to work? I took two months off when Emmy was born and then worked part time for a little while before returning to full time. Two months was not enough. :(

We'll see. My husband is working VERY part time right now to stay home with the kids and short term disability will only cover when I HAVE to be out. SOOO...
But, we have just started a new business at home and it depends on how well things are going with it. If we can make things work before I have to go back to work. It isn't enough to replace my income, yet, but hopefully by then it will be enough to at least help us out more to where I can take a little extra time off.
