(no subject)
I really don't understand why women (at my age) are so eager to have babies.
From my point of view:
1) Babies are VERY adorable. How could you say no?
2) Its worth it in the end. (or so I hear)
3) Its what I was born to do. (sadly)
Also from my point of view:
1) A pregnant belly isn't beautiful. Its the fact that there's a baby inside that's beautiful. If someone were to tell me they had a food baby growing in there inside, I would say the same thing. (Then again, I'm grossed out by stretch marks, so I might be biased...)
2) Babies are adorable... but in spurts. They won't be as adorable when they grow up. They won't be adorable when they wake me up, in the middle of the night, when I would much rather be sleeping. No offense, cute baby, but at this point in my life, I value sleep much more than attending to a baby I hardly know.
3) As my favorite guys once said, "Responsibility? What's that?" -- What IS that? Better question -- what's being responsible for another human being? That's losing half of your life, attending to someone else, who may or may not grow up to HATE you.
Hahaha. Don't take this post seriously, in any way. I'm actually just upset that girls at my age, who I don't believe have had the chance to grow up on their own, are bringing new life into this world through gross looking bellies, for babies that are cute for a little while, and just bringing more responsibility into this world, which is not what we need.
On that topic, here's a rant: I was shopping today, Just me with my purse and holding on to my coat. A woman, carrying three shopping bags and two children, passes by and when I don't move out of her way immediately, she says (with a TONE), "EXCUSE me." By me, she meant her three shopping bags and children. I get that you have luggage, but you find some other ways to get around it. Seriously, don't expect me to go out of MY way to accommodate YOU GUYS. You have a baby? Well, I have diarrhea. Who cares? You don't, therefore, I could care less about moving out of your way.
Nuff said.

I always sound mean/crude in these things. I mean well! Only.. babies arent a good subject for me. I'm more against them than I ever have been.... it might be a bad time to be a friend w/me if you have a baby.... so. Theres your forewarning.
