Four more years...

The game today was a little upsetting, but those are the breaks that you get. The ability of the United States to get back and have a decent showing in four years after being kicked in the teeth will do a lot to earn respect around the world and spread the game at home. Focusing on anything negative won't bring the games back. All we can do is look on the brightside, and there's plenty of it. We played in arguably the hardest group in the tournament. We were the only team to take a point off Italy, and we did it playing a man down. We got some calls that didn't go our way, and our best players often didn't play their best. What we lack is one completely dominating player, someone who can take over the game at any given time. But that's alright, because I haven't officially retired yet. The White Pele is coming. 2010.
