Random play
Recently:
-The guy selling that $1200 Browncoat I wanted some time ago has finally figured out that nobody wants to buy a not-too-fancy, unlined suede overcoat for $1200 dollars, and lowered the price to $700. Of course, this makes me want it all that much more, but I still can't afford that kind of impulse buy, what with college coming up. Sigh.
-Hung out with Chelsea and Keri at Great Lakes Crossing. Unfortunately they didn't have a ride, and it's way out of the way, so I ended up driving like 180 miles total. But it doesn't matter, I saw 'em for the first time in like 2 years, so it was worth it. They gave me some birthday stuff (which I'm sure will come in handy one of these days :P) and I gave them some random-gift stuff, and we hung out at Gameworks and had food-court lunch/dinner, and it was awesome.
-Saw Superman Returns with Katie D. and her friend Erin. We were going to see Cars but had a last-minute change of heart when we realized Supes would be on IMAX and in 3-D. Buuut the 3-D part of the projection thing was broken, so we ended up just seeing it in normal IMAX and getting free movie passes for our trouble. Rockin'. Anyway, I liked the movie a lot. Acting's good, directing's good, action's good, effects are good....the story was so-so, but not horrible. I highly recommend it! I would also like a blue t-shirt with a superman logo on it, because I am a nerd.
-Somebody somehow cracked my eBay account and created 106 identical listings for World of Warcraft gold. Luckily for me, the moderators figured out that something was amiss and deleted all the sales and temporarily locked my account until I changed the password myself. Still kind of unsettling, though. o.o;
