Nice, nice win, but the Democrats now have to present a forceful plan and start building on this momentum, turning it from anti-Bush/GOP to pro-Democrat. There's a huge opportunity here to reclaim the Democratic party from the GOP labeling that has kept the donkeys somewhat marginalized.
NPR concerts! I missed the Decemberists, but I got to hear a Crane Wife concert nonetheless, nice! Etc Etc, lots of good stuff. On the other hand, I listened to the Clap Your Hands Say Yeah concert and I'm still boggled as to why anyone likes them... I fucking love their name, but their music just doesn't do anything for me. I rediscovered Tucker Max the other day and through him, found Robert Greene, who sounds really interesting in sort of a creepy way. He's all about power and influence in human relationships / society, so it's a little weird, but it's really interesting to hear what he has to say about the current political situation. I'd be happy to have him as our Rove.
