The list of nations China has convinced to boycott the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony reads
Pakistan, Iran, Sudan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Colombia, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Venezuela, the Philippines, Egypt, Ukraine, Cuba and Morocco.
Serbia was out, but is apparently back in. One would have thought that had it wanted to the USA could have convinced Afghanistan and Pakistan to do the right thing. Or maybe China's influence is eclipsing that of the USA there too.
