It’s the slow season of the year. We meet clients, book weddings, meet families but there isn’t a whole lot of shooting required. So to keep my head fresh and ideas flowing I bring friends into the studio and shoot. Fun is always had of course and it feels pretty inspirational to snap off the old camera. So this past week the group of wedding photographers that get together each month had another shoot out. This time we went into the dingy basement of the roy building and photographed a very willing model Debbie in a series of dresses and veils. Here are the results!

I shoot fantastic looking models in fantastic looking dresses. That’s what I do with my free time. A few weekends ago we did a wedding show at the Cunard Center here in Halifax. One of the vendors there, Pink Mascara Accessories had a wide range of dresses and accessories on displayed. We got to talking and said it would be great to get some ( Read more... )
