Now doing cycles of gehennom progress, then back up to the castle, then back up to the closest lawful altar, then back down.
TNNT continuing to be more difficult. Even though genocide was done for all Lich and all Disenchanter, something still cursed many of the Adventurer's items on the most recent clearing of Nasties in the 1st level of gehennom.
The Adventurer has had only one successful wish, using the wand of wishing found in the castle. Two thrones' sitting attempts just had the thrones vanish.
So the Adventurer has no fixed robe of protection or gray dragon scale mail.
Including that while wearing the ring of conflict, it became cursed. So that required an immediate retreat back up to that nearest lawful altar, to #pray.
Thankfully that prayer instance did uncurse the ring, but nothing else. Now many of the Adventurer's items are cursed *rueful sigh*.
There are only four days of TNNT2023 remaining, so seems, again, unlikely the Adventurer is going to get through many gehennom levels before November ends.

Attempt six Adventurer died in the 1st level of gehennom. Something like a lich materialized a horde of Nasties around the Adventurer. The horde pummeled the adventurer, and the game never allowed any action by the adventurer. Hits from the horde until the Adventurer's health went to zero, and they expired.
This attempt, attempt six, according to the TNNT2023 website, spanned ten days. Going to end participating in TNNT2023 with the end of attempt six. I feel I made a reasonable effort for this season.
