Saved by the Bell isn't so entertaining when you're 22 years old. I can't believe how thinly veiled the Johnny Dakota reference to Johnny Depp is. Or Slater's pants. Or how Elizabeth Berkley looks older than me now when she's supposed to be 16. Also Johnny Dakota is a statutory rapist. Also, is pot smoking enough reason to break up with a movie star? Seriously. If I were in 10th grade and ???? (I can't think of any old crushes from then) wanted to go out with me, a joint would not be enough to stop it. Talking about third grade it definitely would be Mark Paul Gossler. Definitely.
So the CT thing in the Ann Arbor middle school isn't a certainty. Creepy myspace guy and I are competing for her affections I guess. In person he doesn't seem creepy at all though. I guess that myspace makes people act that way. I got an email from the possible CT yesterday asking for good times to meet up. But I almost deleted it because her email address was initials and numbers at Comcast. net or something. And her subject line was "Let's meet up". Sounded like a creepy internet come on. But I'm really glad that I checked it.
Yesterday I was really happy making lesson plans. My three other groups members used my ideas for each of the two plans. I'm glad that I liked making real plans because the theoretical articles and discussions were boring the living hell out of me.
Three more hours tomorrow and I'm done with 1 of 6 weeks this summer. So far so good except for the exhaustion. I actually felt weak this morning walking to class. The good thing was that we had a half day and got out a half hour early.
There's a girl in the program from Wyandotte that looks a lot like Rachel Dratch from SNL. She seems pretty annoying and it's only compounded by the idea of Debbie Downer (or something similar) running through my head.
I really need to stop wearing blue and green to school otherwise people are going to think that I have a uniform. My bag is blue and green. Yesterday I wore a green shirt with a blue necklace and today I wore a blue shirt with a green sweater. SoE is cold.
