Home stretch

Haven't been feeling well the last couple days, but it's almost the weekend, so hurrah for that.

Our parent letter and photo collage have been ok'ed and are at the Kinko's as I type. 500 copies of the letter and 25 copies of the collage (so 125 pages there), to be split in half and sent to the Seattle and Portland offices. We should be live on the website very soon. Our counselor mentioned that she's working with a woman who's open to same-sex couples who hasn't decided yet. I will attempt not to think about that. I think I'm more afraid than excited about it happening that quickly, although I feel quite a bit more prepared than I did a couple months ago.

Got myself onto the apartment co-op board; fortunately it looks like a light docket this year, just some roof repairs and masonry work. I would not have wanted to deal with all the painting stuff. I figure I might as well serve my time while I'm not distracted by a baby. Watch for this to backfire hilariously in the coming months.

southplains is in Spokane this weekend. My schedules for tonight and Sunday are already packed. Saturday I will probably spend playing Braid, because I am that far behind the times.

Still trying to catch up from two days off work due to snow and sick. This next month promises to be particularly busy. This is obviously why I am procrastinating here.
