pretty spiffy weekend i might say
so i havent updated for a while. this weekend was actually pretty fun. after vacation bible school 3 hours a day with small children, i needed a break really bad. friday taylor, katie and julian came over. after a little while the akwardness went away. i mean seriously, one guy with 3 girls, and he doesnt really know any of us. but hes a really cool guy, it was pretty fun after a little while, atleast i hope thats what everyone thought.
so after swimming and stuff friday i was ready to do something on saturday. i went to manual at freaking 9 in the morning to go get a physical. i swear i stood in line for 2 and a half hours to get a physical. i forgot to tell them i hurt a ligament in my foot from soccer, oh well. i stood behind the hottest guy in the sophmore class.. wow. so when that was over i went home, packed and got ready to go shopping and then alexs house to babysit her neighbors kids. went to oxmoor and matthews mall to try and find some shorts for church camp next week. i had no luck. nothing fit right.. i hate days like that. so i was alittle late to alexs house, which i felt so bad for. but i realized we were only going to have to take care of 3 kids instead of 5. we had two 7 month old twin boys, and a 3 year old. Caleb and aaron were the cutest boys. alex had caleb and i had aaron most of the time. we had to put them down to go to bed at like 9:30 and needless to say, that didnt work. i had aaron, he didnt go to sleep until like 10, and caleb didnt go to sleep until like 10:15. my baby so went to bed first! oh yes... so after babysitting we go back to alexs house and talk while slowly falling asleep. i love talking to her, its so fun, i never want it to end. we went to bed early, about 12:45 or 1. we had church in the morning. i was really excited to go to her church, which turned out to be a lot different than mine. my church is loud and fun. hers is.. really, i dont wanna say uptight, but its really strict. you read from a book, the prayers and take communion ever sunday. they even have the priests wo wear the robes, not anything like mine. my pastor usually wears like a casual suit without a jacket. the priest hardly cracked a smile and didnt tell a joke. i dont think i could get used to that kinda church. i guess whatever your used to when your growing up. i love my church.. the contemporary worship is awesome. so sunday.. went to church then smoothie king. yummy. i got a mo' cuccino, which was really good. it made me hype. that was the first coffee drink i had for the day. then after smoothie king we went back to alexs house to change and they had a family meeting, it was cute. after the family meeting we decided to go shopping because we made $45 to split between the two of us, which wasnt bad at all. so we went to the summit and went to every store there, which was awesome. i had no luck on saturday finding any shorts, but i found some at american eagle that are so cute. bermudas are so comfy.. the best shorts ever. i was totally going to buy some plaid abercrombie shorts, but decided not a lot of things would match. plus they were more expensive, of course. so amreican eagle and limited too for alexs sister molly, we decided to go to starbucks. my second coffee of the day. got a mocha frap there. so her mom picked us all up and we went back to alexs house to get my stuff and headed on over to meet my dad to go to his house. so its been a pretty good weekend. i hope i have more weekends like this. hopefully ill be able to go running.. tonight, haha at 7 in seneca park. pretty good summer so far.. and i cant believe summers gonna be over in 2 months or so. its sad. so i guess i shall go. i wonder what days everyones going to crimson day, if anyones going. $35 is a total rip off, i've decided that. oh well, i really wanna go. so i love everyone, and call me if you wanna do anything this week. after this week ill be gone a week for church camp and ill be back until school starts. love to all.
