We're at the "Kahler Grand Hotel" (not the "Grand Kaiser," as Lynn thought earlier) in Rochester, MN. It's next to the Mayo Clinic, and most of the 11th floor (and an entire elevator) are out of commission because the president of Iran or something like that is using it.
