The best present I gave this year was the complete The West Wing on DVD for Cimmy.  Until this point, I had seen just a handful of episodes.  I don't think I've seen a show that has given me so many "booyah" moments.  It's possibly because it's acting as a surrogate for the hope I used to have that America could feel like more than an arrogant lout ( Read more... )
