Damn what a cold ass weekend.  I avoided being outside as much as possible.  Sadly it also seems the Bears lost.  But all is not sad and grim.  I mean just look at the halftime show, it was raining but damn Prince rocked.  Anyway Sunday is just part of the weekend.

It was such a beautiful day outside today.  I took my camera to work with me so I could take some pictures of the flowers blooming outside of the Smart Museum.  So at lunch I took some pictures there, then I started wandering down the street.  I ended up making my way towards what I believe to be the quad.  There are some awesome buildings there.  ( Read more... )

So last night obfuscate and I went to the opening night of Fences at The Court Theater. It was a pretty darn good show. August Wilson is a great writer and he put out a great script with Fences. The direction was well put together and the actors did a phenomenal job. The lighting wasn't bad, however some of the transition lights seemed odd. The sound design ( Read more... )

Well today was the last day at the Court Theater for this build. Fences will go into previews next week, and open soon after that. Next build won't start till the end of the month so I am going to see if they can use me back at Ravenswood in the meantime.
