As an explanation to my many international followers who have no clue what this is all about. The Proteas are the South African national cricket team whose members are paid a shit-house full of money to represent their country. These wankers of the willow-bat has gone and lost the plot again for the SIXTH time in a row at the cricket world cup that’s held every four years.
Well done guys - Full marks for living up to your reputation as chokers of note. Your record is impeccable:
- 1992: Lost to England in the semi-finals
- 1996: Lost to the West Indies in the quarter-finals
- 1999: Lost to Australia in the semi-finals
- 2003: First round elimination (on home turf nogal)
- 2007: Lost to Australia in the semi-finals
- 2011: Lost to New Zealand in the semi-finals
I wish someone would sanction South Africa’s cricketers from competing internationally - Not for political reasons as it used to be, but for sheer stupidity and incompetence.
