Puerto Rico is both "domestic" and "international" at the same time. It's like Schroedinger's cat, existing in two states at once. In talking with buzz_chick, I've learned:

• For UPS shipments, Puerto Rico is considered international.
• For USPS shipments, Puerto Rico is considered domestic.
• For air travel, Puerto Rico is considered international.

It's rather amazing and amusing how many modern fixtures were predicted way, way, WAY ahead of their times, and both how prescient the predictions were and how laughably wrong they were at the same time.

abovenyquist recently posted a video a guy blowing up capacitors. Good fun. It inspired me to recount my own exploding capacitor story, copied below.

Also, in retrospect, the PC may've been a 386. I don't remember at this point. I do remember it was thoroughly MS-DOS, and our software was in Turbo C, I believe with a touch of inline assembler.
