Originally uploaded by signalstation. A few days ago, I spotted this dumped & abandoned collection of canned food in the grass of a lot that's used for people dumping stuff all the time. Recently, there's been a personal grocery cart that's missing a wheel, a few car tires and every once in awhile, some clothes.
This food still seems to be in all right shape.
This lot is right across the street from a church.
Did someone mean to donate this food, then find out the church doesn't take donations and just chuck it all in the grass?
I've seen boxes of what looked to be donated goods being ignored on the sidewalk over by the church before, so I don't think they accept anything.
It's a mystery. A bounty waiting to be claimed for the person brave enough to pick these up off the ground and open them.
