Aaaaaah, life.
2 weeks down and all is good. I feel totally adjusted to life as it is now and have worked through my resume and cover letter template. I have applied for several jobs, I was turned down for one because I am too qualified. Another because they were at the end of their interview process and couldn't be bothered talking to someone else, and the others haven't replied. I have created a second resume downplaying my skill level because I would be happy to be more of a designer/mac layout person and avoid the creative/art director high-pressure positions.
I have done a little freelance web design job for someone I know that made us a couple of hundred dollars. They've also given me another web design job that will bring in around a grand. I like working from home and am wondering whether I should look into it as a serious option.
Maybe I should look into having a (simple) web site (?).
Threw another slab of RAM into our wee mac too, yippee, it's all maxed out.
Best movie of the weekend: 'Mad Cow Girl' ... hands down winner because it was very odd and also because it's a meataholics worst nightmare ;)
