So it has been exactly a week since the last day of school. And it has been reallly nice sleeping in and not doing alot in the daytime. Though today has been quite productive for me. I have put on two washes and cleaned my room, though I still need to vacuum. I guess not much has happened to me in the past week. Although! I did open a checking account! Hah and I was very excited about it. Mostly because they are going to send me a debit/credit card thing, and so that is very exciting.
I get paid today also which is always nice. My second paycheck ever. I really like working at Connies, and I thought that I would go crazy eating custard whenever I got the chance, but I havent surprisngly. I've only eaten something there once, and that was yesterday, and it was really good. I guess I just dont ever feel like I have time for it. But what is really weird is that something there is giving me metal splinters! I have gotten 4 in the SAME finger in the past week (this finger also already has a permanent splinter in it). And I'm pretty sure I jinxed myself because about a week before it all happened, I was thinking about how I hadnt gotten a splinter in forever, and now here I am, two weeks later, and I've had four. Anyways, if anyone wants to eat custard, they should come friday after 7 because that is when I'm working next!
Heh, the other day my mom used the phrase "not impressed." Needless to say, I was very impressed with that statement.
I reallly have an urge to go the zoo right now. Or to the butterfly exhibit at the museum of natural science.
