This would have been great to post for Halloween but better late than never. The Japanese Maple tree we have in the front of the house literally just changed about 6 days ago. We've finally settled in to the new house and so far we've been quite happy and surprised at what great shape the house is in. During the inspection we were told that the house was well built and very solid but we never thought that the bulk of our work would just be painting.
