The Country music industry basically did the following: took blues and made it marketable to redneck white-ass america who would refuse to buy music made by black folk back in the old lynching days. The biggest difference between country music and blues is that country music sucks ass. The other suddleties become meaningless after this first difference is observed. When blues artists noticed the difference in sales between blues albums and country albums in wonderfully cultured places such as Texas, they began playing incognito a la honky (aka Michael Jackson minus the weird) developed twangs and would making millions marketing their new country music while playing badass blues music on their own time. Thus the evidence why Garth Brooks is really black. Fin.
