Live from Sooner Land

Well i am all moved into my new apartment, done with my first day of clases, and had a little free time so i figured i would update since it has been an aeons since my last entry. Well for all of you who thought i was too inept and or too indifferent to hold a job, i happen to now work at Papa Johns (and after all the scathing, vile, scornful, remarks i made about the pizz industry wouldnt you fuckin know it i am back in it again). For those of you who didnt know i previously worked at Dominoes and Pizza Hut. The manager hired me day of and within hours because of all my experience, he also generously bumped up my pay ( i am making a mammoth 5.75 an hour, instead of the guileless peons pay of 5.15......2 years of seasoned pizza making skills is worth 60 cents on top.....son of a bitch). Although very exciting experience did befall me in Papa John's the other day, i met Adrian Peterson!!!! I got a pick up call for a large beef thin crust under the name of Adrian early in the day, and when i found out percisely which Adrian it was, I was needless to say elated. He came in picked it up, i rang him up and very causually and gracefully said "He man i hope you have a great season." He said thank you, shook my hand, and was off. I immediately shit all over myself, though i never pictured him as a thin crust man.....maybe he was picking up a pizza for his bitches. But besides meeting my idol, taking 15 hours of school, and working 35 hours a week, i truly love it here. The campus is beautiful and i bear the sooner brand with pride(i dont think one day has gone by since i havent worn crimson and cream or the OU symbol been emblazoned on my chest.)My most recent aquisition to my shirt collection and big BEAT TEXAS shirt....suck on that. Well i am about to go the student union is playing a showing of the break up on campus, i figure it's free why not. Now that school is back on i hope i will find time to post more frequent entries, rather than this bi-monthly jargon.
