Right, I'm sick of this rubbish. How many more people need to suffer this condition before the government and health services will recognise it, and act accordingly? This condition is the 3rd highest killer of people IN THE WORLD, and yet, there is little to NO recognition of it, and certainly no actions in prevention.
Why do so many people hide from the fact that it exists?
I say once again - How many more people must die before something is done?
This condition my friends, is not cancer, AIDS, nor depression.... It is coconuts.
Each year more people die from coconut related deaths, then by shark attacks. How does this make it the 3rd highest killer I hear you ask?
#1 - Illness
#2 - Accidents
#3 - Coconuts - because death by coconut is not an accident...Its a disaster waiting to happen.
Picture this, Chris - a successful businessman, holidaying on a pacific island, The world is his oyster. Chris has just submitted the final copy of a document, which will take him straight to the top of his chosen profession, he leans back in his hammock, and throws back his arms in bliss. As Chris does this, he knocks the tree his hammock is attached to...down comes his death in a barrage of hairy, tasty fruit.
You could be next...even you manda...
Our governments need to take action to prevent this atrocity of occurring to more innocent people. Adequate signage and education to begin with, then, THE METHODICAL DESTRUCTION OF ALL COCONUT TREES!
Join me, make a stand, before it’s too late...
lol I’m such a knob.
