Special Halloween Blowout!

Oct 02, 2004 23:38

In honor of the holiday, I'm doing all spooky/scary type movies. Some easy ones. Some I hope are harder.

I've represented the usual hairy-scaries who show up for the holiday, in more ways than one, I think.

And since I'm going all October Scary Thematic, instead of ONE quote, beyond the cut are thirty-one movie quotes! Enjoy!

Five times three equals... dkphoenix October 3 2004, 07:57:59 UTC
1. "We keep odd hours"

2. "I was sad, I was starved. It was time to treat myself. Then I thought - what about... Italian!"

3. "What the hell are you doing with a bunch of rabid weasels?"

4. "I've got a message for you, and you're not going to like it. Pray for death"

5. "Oh... Oh shit, Tweety, couldn't you have waited until a school day?"

6. "Ok, Jim. I've got some bad news."

7. "We can't bury Cheryl. She's our friend."

8. "Spare us the Anne Rice routine. We are not aumsed."

9. "Isn't this a strange conversation, for people who aren't crazy?"

10. "No tears, please. It's a waste of good suffering."

11. "You steal the secret of life and death, and here you are trysting with a bubble-headed coed?"

12. "They're here already! You're next! You're next! YOU'RE NEXT!"

13. - "We found a survivor."
- "And you shot them?"

14. "That's the last goddamn hitchhiker I ever pick up."

15. "I don't know what the hell is in there, but whatever it is, it's weird and pissed off."

Correct ;-) I was actually thinking of the original Body Snatchers for 12, but I think the same line is in multiple versions.

And I actually meant to type older version when I typed newer version. That's what happens when the phone rings from work.

3 & 4 are correct, and you're the first to get them ;-)
5, 10, & 15 are correct, but you're not the first to answer.

9 & 14 are wrong. (Well, 9 is somewhat correct, but it was the 1931 version of Dracula. 14 was the Texas Chainsaw Massacre.)
