My Paris's Obitsu body is broken AGAIN. In the SAME DAMN PLACE. Grrrr... am I the only one who keeps buying shitty waist joints? Same spot keeps cracking. I'm going to try fucking super-gluing it in place, maybe then it'll stop being a whore. Everything else about Obitsus are faboo, though. I really, really love the bodies. But breaking twice in the same place is getting OLD. FAST. Maybe it's just the soft-torso'd ones, though. Hopefully. Bother.
SO now the point of this post - I'm getting tired of this same problem, and I'm considering going to the Volks dark side. I think at this point, I'll stick to Obitsu for Paris and just get her a hard-torso now (I love Paris having such girly hands, heeheehee) and pray for the best. But Gigi and Monique both need new bodies... and Gigi especially needs breast implants. xD What makes me hesitate with Volks is the level of sturdiness - I hear they're very similar to Type 2's in that hands/feet get loose really easily. And aside from the fucking HIP JOINTS, Obitsu doesn't have that problem at all. But Obitsu has big-ass feet that are a pain in the arse to find shoes for, whereas I BELIEVE Volks have slimmer feet that fit more Barbie shoes... which is definitely a plus. But I'll take sturdiness over beauty.
So, let's hear it: Volks or Obitsu? Which one's better?
(And yes, I've read the requiemart tutorial on it. Doesn't help a whole ton with which one's sturdier and which one fits more shoes, which are my two biggest concerns right now.)
