a life update? really?
well its been a good week--not too much school work and other good happenings. i'll post about Easter soon, but to the future now i look.
tonight at wesley we had elections for next year's council (a group of six students that lead wesley along with the campus minister). i am now officially going to serve as the worship chair for the auburn wesley foundation for the 2008-2009 school year. i have to say i'm really excited. i've always enjoyed worship planning and now i'm going to take my involvement to the next level and not just plan but actually be in charge of a planning team. its going to be a lot of work, but i really think this is a place where God has lead me and i hope to be able to do His will at Wesley.
in other news, i've spent a good bit of time this week with the girl (laura) i mentioned a few posts ago and what started as more or less a blind date has turned into a bona fide relationship. i have to say i'm pretty excited about the relationship and hope that it will be one in which we can both build each other up and point one another toward Christ. we'll see where this goes.
