Homemade deep dish 10" cheese, tomatoes and mushroom pizza

10" homemade deep dish pizza.  Typical flour 'n yeast dough, can of diced tomatoes with seasonings, fresh button mushrooms, oregano, fennel seed & mozzarella cheese.  Crust is dry & crispy on the top half, and soft and thick on the bottom half.  As you can see, the pizza is very juicy from the tomatoes.  The slices are 1/2" to 1" thick in various places, and the bottom crust is 1/8" thick.  A kinda bland, but very heavy-weighing pizza that has no tomato sauce.  Oh yes, we're American here, so no using the Metric system to measure our pizza, kids!
