Homemade 8" thin crust cheese & onion pizza. All purpose flour & yeast dough recipe cooked on a heated stone with corndust at 450", is also precooked before toppings are added, then cooked until cheese is cooked & the crust is golden brown. Hunts tomato sauce with seasoned with Parmesan cheese and basil & fennel seeds. Freshly grated (as always) Mozzarella cheese with sauteed sweet onions. Some onions got a nice caramelization for an intense flavor. Crust is 5/12ths" and has a crunchy surface and a soft and chewy center that's used as a breadstick, the rest of the crust is stiff and soft & measures 3/12ths" thick.
