MPizza 01/10/09 Thin crust Roasti's cheese & mushroom pizza. www.myRosatis.com Oregano heavy (not complaining) but very, very light on the sauce. Mushrooms are fresh, but are chopped up very thinly and tiny. Even the cheese was scaled back: it was only 1/8th" thick. Crust was 1/4" thick, the edge crust was dry and crunchy like a cracker, the rest was stiff, hard and plain. One of the weaker efforts by Rosati's, but there also was a huge snowstorm earlier in the day, if that had anything to do with it.
