First of all, can I just say how happy I am that Jason Bateman has joined the cast of "State of Play", which also stars Brad Pitt, Edward Norton and Helen Mirren. WHAT A CAST! And, Brad + Jason? What an overdose of sex appeal! Bring on 2008!

grindhouseblues and I thought it'd be fun. My answers to her choices are under the cut.

Happy Friday everyone!
ANCIENT ROME: I'm a history major and one of my main areas of interest is the very early history of Rome and the Roman Empire's influence over pretty much the entire known world at the time. The emperors and their scandals, in particular, fascinate me.
CRIMINOLOGY: True crime andcriminal law has interested me for as long as I can remember. Besides watching Law and Order: SVU religiously I also love watching American Justice and Cold Case Files. It's a morbid interest that I find fascinating. I love seeing the inner workings of the law and how justice sometimes isn't served.
MICHAEL THERRIAULT: He's a Canadian stage actor. My fellow Torontonians will likely know who he is, but he's performed in New York and London as well. I've seen him as Leo Bloom in The Producers and as Gollum in The Lord of the Rings when the shows were here in Toronto. He's seriously one of the most talented stage actors I've ever seen and I even got the chance to meet him. He was a perfect gentleman.
OLD HOLLYWOOD: Pretty self-explanatory. I love old, classic films and actors. I love all the scandal and gossip that came with it.
SIX FEET UNDER: My favourite show. Ever. It's a perfect combination of drama, comedy and relatable issues with one of the best casts that television has ever had. Even re-watching the show hasn't diminished its brilliance.
TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS: It's Toronto's professional NHL hockey team. And, despite the last two weak seasons they've had, I'm determined to have them win a Stanley Cup in my lifetime. lol. That may be wishful thinking but I've been a loyal fan since childhood.
