Okay, I'm not bragging. I got a 94.00 % in Mathematics, but I really got a low score in English, with 85.00 %. I didn't ace the exam, but I guess I fared pretty well.
I'm not bothered because I didn't get a perfect score. (I'm still bothered, though, just a little bit perhaps, because a friend challenged me to get a 100.00 % mark.) What I'm bothered about is the fact that my English has deteriorated, maybe because lately my friends and I deliberately mispronounce and misuse words for fun. Or maybe I'm now more inclined to use the left side of my brain, considering I mentally calculated most of the questions in the Mathematics exam? Oh well. Maybe I've been messing around with numbers for too long now.
This deliberate mispronounciation and misuse of words is slowly growing its roots. I hate it. But I have to admit, it's really fun.
