And the beat goes on.
Work is boring. Volunteering is boring. boringboringboring. However there have been some ups (and downs) to, you know, karmatize it all.
Ups include: 1) Little Spoon's new girlfriend is so NOT as cute as me. I like the validation in that. 2) A necklace I thought I lost was actually at the gym (even though I had called and checked previously) so huzzah for that. 3) Thanksgiving is coming up which equals friends being together for the first time in a long ass time. 4) I've officially applied to go back to school.
Downs include: 1) Volunteering being boring. 2) My novel not really coming together. I've kind of started two. :\ 3) Thanksgiving is coming up which means I have to spend that day with people I don't like, but I'm a trooper so it'll be fine. 4) I have shin splints or something along those lines. It hurts to walk so I can't work out (which is actual torture for me because I literally work out five days a week). 5) I heard a song on a show and I can't find it! Grrr, annoying. 6) This jerk-of-a-guy (who most of you know I'm talking about, it's trabajo-related) called me yesterday. Um, didn't answer. And kind of had a friend delete the message for me.
