Something that happened the other night (Friday the 8th) while watching the Olympics Opening Ceremonies with our neighbors, Chen, and Zhengyu.  They are both from China (she from Beijing, he from a smaller city near the Vietnamese border) and this is their first time out of their country.  They have come to study mathematics at Binghamton ( Read more... )
