Positivity, post 8

I wasn't feeling particularly positive yesterday. I also didn't have much in the way of what you would call time yesterday, so it seemed like the right day to skip these posts.

On the positive side:

1.

Fitz's storyline is painful, watching someone formerly brilliant stumble through the simplest of communications, trapped in his own head much of the time. But I can also see a way out: alien/experimental tech anyone? (Because THAT never turns out badly in the Marvel-verse.)

I LOVE Mack, the new lab guy, though. Hope he's staying around for a while.

I really like that May is still keeping an eye on Coulson, and Coulson appears to be keeping her in the know on his mental state. And whatever the hell is happening to him. (I just found that the pairing portmanteau for this pairing is...Philinda. O-kay.)

KYLE MACLACHLAN IS CREEPY, MAN! And I am sure will become more so as that storyline unfolds.

2. After Watson, my previous Kindle keyboard, died abruptly, I'd been putting off getting a Paperwite, despite wanting one since they announced them. I finally, I think partly as subconscious retail therapy after a crappy day yesterday, went ahead and ordered it.

Now, I just need to name it. Previous Kindles have been named Ianto, Hawkeye (current Fire), and Coulson. Athelstan is my laptop, otherwise I'd go with that. Hm.

YES, I ENJOY NAMING MY ELECTRONICS! DON'T JUDGE ME!

3. I keep reading really bad reviews for Dracula Untold, which I was expecting since the trailers looks so pretty and SO bad, but I still want to see it. Did I mention the pretty? I think it'll definitely be at the local theater that serves alcohol, though.
